Our Founder’s Philosophy…

We at Fit Factory would like to get you in better shape, lose those extra pounds, be a better athlete and increase your energy level. We help you look and feel younger by getting you in your best shape possible. Thanks to years of experience, Shayne Scruggs, Fit factory’s founder wanted more than just supplements to help people lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle. That’s when Shayne decided to start Fit Factory. 30 minute workouts with no Gimmicks just good old fashioned hard work with professional trainers that walk you through each workout with proper technique . All clients learn the  “why and “how” in workouts not just the “do” in workouts.

Part of the Fit Factory training philosophy involves timing and recording the results. Timed workouts help keep people engaged, fights boredom and allows people to see actual results over time, instead of just hoping for results! 

Fit Factory’s workouts are short but intense. Go hard for 30min and then time how long it takes to complete your workout.  Post your time and see the quantitative improved results and then you’re done! All workouts are built around this concept- go hard, time your workout and document your time. You will see the results!

BIOGRAPHY

Shayne Scruggs currently serves as the Fit Factory Inc. owner and Program Director.. An accomplished athlete, Shayne was a member of the University of Utah football team under coach Urban Meyer in 2002-2004. From 2002–2003, Shayne was a Junior College All American at Chaffey Community College and in 1999 he was named Los Angeles Times Player of the Year.

Shayne earned his High School Diploma from Alta Loma High School. He then earned an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences at Chaffey Community College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Utah. Shayne is also a Certified Personal Trainer.

Living a complete, balanced and healthy lifestyle is Shayne’s life philosophy. Shayne believes that success comes from healthy living in all aspects of life – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. He feels that when a person is in great shape, they are able to effectively manage life’s challenges and therefore more likely to accomplish their goals.
Sharing his extensive knowledge and experience in health and fitness is Shayne’s passion, second only to spending time with his family.
