You can choose from YOGA STRETCH, HIIT , BODY BLAST, TREADMILL or DANCE FITNESS. We also provide you with a variety of trainers to choose from to help you with your personal goals. Choose one on one personal, or get your friends logged in with you for a group class of your choice. Or simply just choose a class video to work out with. These workout videos are with real people!
