Our classes are 30 minutes long, making them perfect for busy schedules. We offer morning classes starting at 5:30am, 6:15am, 7:00am, 7:45am, 8:30am, and 9:15am, as well as evening classes at 5:00pm and 5:30pm. Each day focuses on different training: Monday is Cardio, Tuesday is Leg Day, Wednesday is Strength (upper body), Thursday is Total Body Conditioning, Friday is Mobility, and Saturday features Specialty Classes like Bootyliscious, Boxing Circuit, Yoga, and more.
